House rules:

• Because smoke and drug odors are notoriously difficult to eliminate. It often requires professional cleaning or even renovations. SO PLEASE DON'T SMOKE AND DRUG INSIDE THE HOUSE
• This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of the security deposit ($1000)
  - By enforcing a no-smoking and drug-free policy, the property can be maintained in a clean, safe, and enjoyable condition for everyone.
  - No parties, no pets inside the house
  - Quiet hour: 10PM - 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Guest access

During the stay, guests will have full access to the private bedroom and shared areas.
