Our studio apartment features an elegant black-and-white theme and is equipped with top-notch amenities, including a Smart TV, a sofa bed, a work desk, a wardrobe, and a king-sized mattress. Guests can enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the space. The air conditioning unit offers both hot and cold functions for maximum comfort. The door can be unlocked using a code, ensuring that guests can check in with ease while enjoying complete privacy and freedom. Overall, our studio apartment is ideal for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in a unique and intimate setting.

Bus station located w/in 7 mins walk.

18-30 mins away from downtown LA, Universal, Disneyland.

House rules

• Because smoke and drug odors are notoriously difficult to eliminate. It often requires professional cleaning or even renovations. SO PLEASE DON'T SMOKE AND DRUG INSIDE THE HOUSE
• This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of the security deposit ($1000)
  - By enforcing a no-smoking and drug-free policy, the property can be maintained in a clean, safe, and enjoyable condition for everyone.
  - No parties, no pets inside the house
  - Quiet hour: 10PM - 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Guest access

During the stay, guests will have full access to the property.
