The room also has an AC split with hot and cold functions.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including an induction stove, e-rice cooker, fridge, water filter, pots, pans, plates, kettle, and spices. You won't need to purchase any additional items during your stay, as all necessary amenities are provided.

House rules
- Because smoke and drug odors are notoriously difficult to eliminate. It often requires professional cleaning or even renovations. SO PLEASE DON'T SMOKE AND DRUG INSIDE THE HOUSE
- This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of the security deposit ($1000)
- By enforcing a no-smoking and drug-free policy, the property can be maintained in a clean, safe, and enjoyable condition for everyone.
- No parties, no pets inside the house
- Quiet hour: 10PM - 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM.
